I was surprised when I learned that research indicated that both men and women’s brains were not built for multitasking. Not only am I not good at it but my blind insistence on want to perfect it means that I have sacrificed my creativity in the process. I found that the first casualty of an overscheduled life was the mental rest and repletion that is so important part of my creativity.
