The Disney Studios recently revealed the title of the new Star Wars film to be released later in the year,” The Last Jedi.” A minor crisis was created for many Star Wars fans when it was noticed that the logo in the opening credits was changed from yellow to red. The new logo has been interpreted as a sign of a twist in the Space opera saga. All the other Star Wars films opening titles have been adorned with the golden yellow logo. “The Last Jedi” has preferred a red version instead. Social networks have been flooded with all sorts of speculation that it suggests combat and war and blood stains. The updated logo is a perfect example of how colour theory can make people think about Visual design. The change in colour of the logo assumes to reflect a change in the narrative of the film’s plot. Fans are discussing this as the film series turns towards the darker aspects of the Science fiction mythology.
