Bad Luck is often referred to as another term for bad judgement. A wrong first step, an impulsive action, an unreasoning obstinacy, or blindness to facts may each produce that train of consequences which we prefer to call “bad luck” because we shrink from blaming ourselves. The future is yet unknown, is beyond our scrutiny, but it will be nearer to our hearts desires if we act with the conviction that law is over all and that good luck and bad luck are in the main only the working of the law that we sow what we reap.
